Anna works as a Junior Research Fellow and teacher at the Center for Institutional Studies in Higher School of Economics in Moscow. Her research interests include economic analysis of the public sector, institutional economics, law and economics.
Maria Semenova
Maria Semenova is a Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Institutional Studies, HSE, Moscow. She received her PhD at HSE in 2011.
She is also an Associate Professor at the Department of Finance at HSE, Moscow, and a Visiting Professor at the European University in Saint-Petersburg.
