Ilona Sologoub
Ilona Sologoub is an editor of VoxUkraine. In 2019-2021 she was the head of VoxUkraine. Before that, she was a member of the Editorial Board and Supervisory Board of Vox Ukraine, and also worked at the Kyiv School of Economics as a Director of Economic Policy Studies. Until 2010, Ilona worked in the banking sector performing market and operational risk analysis. Ilona has experience of writing research on a number of topics, including Ukrainian and global economy, social policy, and the media.

Małgorzata Olszak
Małgorzata Olszak (PhD, Associate Professor) conducts research in banking and finance at Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw and has published as an author and co-author over seventy academic works covering these fields. She has been principal investigator in several research projects on procyclicality in banking and effects of macroprudential policy. Her activity also covers attendance at international conferences as a presenter, discussant and chair of sessions as well as reviewing manuscripts in JCR journals.
Dzmitry Kruk
Dzmitry Kruk is a Research Associate at the Belarusian Economic Research and Outreach Center (BEROC). He obtained a BA in economics (2002) and an MA in banking and finance (2004) from the Belarusian State University. Currently, he is a PhD nominee at Krakow University of Economics.
His research interests are in economic growth and finance, as well as monetary economics.
