Natalia Tsybuleva
Natalia is a leading researcher at CEFIR NES, Moscow, and an Assistant Professor at Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. She holds her PhD in Economics from the University of Toulouse 1 and MA In Economics from the New Economic School.
Natalia’s research interests include microeconomic theory, industrial organization, competition policy and banking.

Mark Bernard
Mark holds a Ph.D. in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, and divides his time between doing research at SITE and working as a senior analyst at the Swedish telecommunications regulator, PTS.
Much of Mark’s current research time is devoted to an ongoing project on competition in vertically related markets financed by the Swedish Competition Authority (Konkurrensverket).
Michael Fuenfzig
Michael Fuenfzig is a Senior Economist at the Ecorys, international research and consultancy firm.
Michael Fuenfzig has been consulting for governments and international organizations on international trade and industrial policy. Prior to joining Ecorys, he was the lead economist and co-founder at the ISET Policy Institute (ISET-PI) in Tbilisi, Georgia.
He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. His research interests involve international trade and competition policy.
