Levan Pavlenishvili
Levan Pavlenishvili is a Senior Researcher at the Energy and Environment Policy Research Centre. He holds a BA in Economics from the Tbilisi State University.
Levan Pavlenishvili served as a Deputy Head at the Energy and Environment Policy Research Center at ISET Policy Institute (ISET-PI). Before joining the ISET, Levan worked as a tax consultant at the PricewaterhouseCoopers Tbilisi office.
Levan’s main research interests include renewable energy, regulations in the power sector, and energy security.

Maka Chitanava
Maka Chitanava is Deputy Head of Energy and Environment Policy Research Center of ISET Policy Institute (ISET-PI), Tbilisi. Ms. Chitanava holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the International School of Economics (ISET).
Her research interests are environmental policy, social policy analysis and regulation. Ms. Chitanava is a regular blogger at the ISET Economist Blog and a visiting lecturer at the University of Georgia.

Phatima Mamardashvili
Phatima Mamardashvili is an Associate Professor at the East European University Georgia. She has a demonstrated history of working in the research industry. Skilled in Sustainable Development, Multiple Project Coordination, English, Russian, and Teamwork. She has served as an Assistant Professor at the International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University and as the Head of the Agricultural Policy Research Center (APRC) at the ISET Policy Institute (ISET PI).
Phatima Mamardashvili received her Dr.Sc. degree from ETH Zurich for the dissertation entitled Measuring economic and environmental performance of Swiss dairy farms using stochastic frontier analysis. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from the Georgian State Agricultural University (2005) and her M.Sc. degree in Agricultural Sciences with a major in Food and Resource Economics from ETH Zurich.
Her research and teaching interests include Agricultural Economics, Environmental Economics, and Econometrics.

Pamela Campa
Pamela is Associate Professor of Economics at SITE – Stockholm School of Economics. Before joining SITE she was an Assistant Professor at University of Calgary. Pamela holds a PhD in Economics from the Institute for International Economic Studies (IIES) at Stockholm University. She is also a Research Affiliate at CEPR (Labor, Public and Political Economy), the Mistra Center for Sustainable Markets (MISUM), and the Dondena Gender Initiative, and an invited researcher at J-PAL Europe.

Mykhaylo Salnykov is an Academic Director at BEROC. He earned his PhD in Economics at the Simon Fraser University (Canada) in 2008 supplemented by two Masters in Economic Theory (Kyiv School of Economics, 2004) and Environmental Sciences and Policy (Central European University, 2002).

Maria Perrotta Berlin is Assistant Professor and Policy and Communication Manager at the Stockholm Institute of Transition Economics (SITE). She earned her Ph.D. from the Institute for International Economic Studies (IIES) at Stockholm University. Maria’s main research interests are development and political economics, with a focus on gender issues and environmental policy.
