Viyaleta Panasevich is a Researcher at BICEPS. She graduated from Belarusian State University with a degree in Analytical Economics in 2021. Her research interests include female entrepreneurship, private-sector development, and economic policy.

Gleb Shymanovich
Gleb Shymanovich graduated from Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU) with a Bachelor’s degree and Honours Diploma in Business Economics in 2006. In 2007, he received a Master’s degree in economics at BNTU. In 2010 finished a postgraduate program in the Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences, where he worked as an associate researcher till 2011. Since 2006 he is an economist at the IPM Research Center and co-author of annual reports Poverty and Social Inclusion in Belarus, Business in Belarus: Status, Trends, Perspectives, and other publications of the IPM Research Center.

Radzivon Marozau
Radzivon Marozau is a Research Fellow at BICEPS. He holds a PhD from Deusto Business School at the University of Deusto, Spain, and has extensive academic experience in economics, business, and entrepreneurship.
He is a country coordinator for the Global University Entrepreneurial Spirit Students’ Survey (GUESSS) and a member of the Belarusian team for the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM). His research focuses on private-sector development, entrepreneurial universities, academic entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship education.
