Sergo Gadelia

Sergo Gadelia works as a junior researcher at ISET Policy Institute (ISET-PI). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from ISET. Before joining ISET-PI, Sergo completed his internship at the National Bank of Georgia’s Financial Stability Department, where he worked on the Georgian guideline for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risk management. His research interests include macroeconomics, monetary economics, growth theory, and urban and regional economics.

Artur Kovalchuk

Artur Kovalchuk

Artur Kovalchuk is a Data Analyst at Kyiv School of Economics. He obtained an MA in Economic Analysis at the University of Houston in 2012.

His fields of specialization are public procurements, SME development, regional policy. Artur was involved in numerous projects supported by World Bank, USAID, Government of Ukraine etc.

Tatiana Mikhailova

Tatiana Mikhailova

Tatiana Mikhailova joined Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in 2013, prior to that she was an Assistant Professor at the New Economic School, Moscow and a visiting Lecturer and Researcher at Boston University, USA.
Mikhailova graduated from Moscow State Institute of Electronic Engineering in 1996. She got her MA degree in Economics from NES in 1997 and her Ph.D. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University in 2004.

Tatiana Mikhailova teaches econometrics, industrial organization and economic geography at RANEPA.
