Anna Anisimova
Anna Anisimova obtained her PhD in Economics from Donetsk National University in 2010, with her doctoral thesis being centered around Industrial Management. She joined the University as Associate Professor at the Department of Business Statistics and Economics Cybernetics in 2010 where she taught courses in Statistical Theory, Economic Statistics and Quantitative Methods in Sociology. She has been working as a Research Assistant at the Stockholm Institute of Transition Economics (SITE) since June 2020.

Cecilia Smitt Meyer
Cecilia Smitt Meyer holds a M.Sc. in Economics from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), a B.Sc. in Economics and a B.Sc. in Political Science from the University of Gothenburg.
She works as a full-time Research Assistant for the Stockholm Institute of Transition Economics (SITE).

Julius Andersson
Julius is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Stockholm Institute of Transition Economics. He holds a PhD in Environmental Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE), where he is currently an associate researcher at the Department of Geography and Environment. Julius is also an affiliated researcher at the Mistra Center for Sustainable Markets (Misum).

Maiting Zhuang
Maiting is a Researcher at the Stockholm Institute of Transition Economics (SITE) – Stockholm School of Economics. She completed her PhD in Economics at the Paris School of Economics in 2020. She has previously worked as an Economist at the Bank of England. Maiting’s primary research interests are in political economy and development economics.

Christina Sarah Hauser
Christina Sarah Hauser holds a M.Sc. in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and a M.A. in International Economic Policy from the Paris School of International Affairs (Sciences Po). She works as a research assistant for the Stockholm Institute of Transition Economics (SITE).

Rebecca Ly
Rebecca Ly is a Research Assistant at SITE. She holds a BSc in Economics from Toulouse School of Economics and a joint MSc in Economics from Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE.
Her research interests are industrial organization and energy markets.
Mark Bernard
Mark holds a Ph.D. in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, and divides his time between doing research at SITE and working as a senior analyst at the Swedish telecommunications regulator, PTS.
Much of Mark’s current research time is devoted to an ongoing project on competition in vertically related markets financed by the Swedish Competition Authority (Konkurrensverket).
Sebastian Hohmann
Sebastian completed his PhD in Economics at London Business School in 2018. The same fall, he joined SITE as an Assistant Professor.
His research interests include development, political economy and trade.
