Anders Olofsgård

Ph.D., Associate Professor | SITE

Anders Olofsgård is Deputy Director of the Stockholm Institute of Transition Economics (SITE) and Associate Professor at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE). He holds a PhD in Economics from Stockholm University and previously served as Associate Professor at Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.

His research focuses on political economy, development economics, and applied microeconomics. He has published widely in economics and political science journals and has worked with organizations including the IMF, World Bank, USAID, and the Swedish Parliament.
