Rustam Romaniuc is an Associate Professor of Behavioral Economics at Montpellier Business School, France, and the Founding Director of Chișinău Business School, Moldova’s first business school. He holds PhDs from the Universities of Turin and Montpellier. His research applies insights from behavioral and experimental economics to public policy, often through experiments conducted with public and private organizations. His work has appeared in leading journals, including the Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization and Public Choice. He has collaborated with the European Commission, the Council of Europe, and major French private companies.
