Victor Arshavskiy holds a PhD in Economics from New York University (NYU). He has held academic and research positions at Saint Petersburg University and the Center for Technology and Economic Development (CTED) at NYU Abu Dhabi.

His research interests include development economics, international trade, and financial economics.
